My hot water heater went out suddenly and the team was able to get someone out very fast to help solve the situation. Penny and Austin are a dream team! Their top priorities are ensuring well done work along with customer satisfaction. 10/10 recommend the company, especially with Penny and Austin.
These guys are awesome... My furnace went out in the middle of October. They worked extra hard to get me in as soon as possible. This is a busy time for them. I only was without heat for 3 days and luckily the weather had not yet gotten cold. Plus I had portable heaters and they offered to give me some if I needed them. They showed up early and worked all day long tearing out the old furnace and then putting in the new furnace making sure I had heat by the end of that day. On top of it they left my basement cleaner than it was when they first got here. Also I had an ancient old water heater that have been sitting down there for 5 years because I couldn't get it out and they hauled that thing out for me. Got to love these guys they were the best Good personalities too. I highly highly recommend them. Is there a 50 star review cuz if there was that's what I would give them.
We were very pleased with the service from Central Heating today. Jeff Degele evaluated our HVAC system and made appropriate adjustments. We so appreciate knowing our system is in good order and ready for the cold weather to come.

Great customer service! Fast, efficient, reliable and affordable! I had an issue, they solved it and gave great advice, all within 1 day and for a very reasonable price! Highly pleased.
I had Austin come out and take a look at our water heater. We ended up needing a full replacement. He was extremely knowledgeable, cleaned up after himself, and conscious of our time. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Lee did a great job inspecting and cleaning my 1979 Armstrong furnace. He is very knowledgeable and thorough and communicates well. I would highly recommend him and Central for furnace trouble shooting and maintenance.
After two years of attempting to resolve a problem with snow melt Heat Tape, I located Central on the web and took a gamble by scheduling an appt. Alas, the expertise they have as electricians and in the adjacent heat tape products, was excellent. They diagnosed the problem quickly, set a strategy to resolve it, then when their electrician (Richie) returned to do the work, he was on time, professional, communicative, friendly, and most importantly, did quality work. I strongly recommend the electrical team at Central.
Adam was the representative that came out. It was a really good experience having him look at all our house systems and explain everything so well. Top notch. Decided to go with Central to install central air conditioning.

The technician was on time and very courteous. He helped me understand exactly what was needed, and the expense that we would incur for an extensive repair, explained the process for getting parts and let me know when I could expect the work to be completed. Called because our AC stopped cooling. Within 24 hours Lee was at our home, cleaning and repairing our unit. He clearly explained the possible issues and any fees before performing the work. He got us back up and running in no time! We will always use Central! Thank you.

I contacted Central Heating for some work I needed done after finding them on Google. Richie did an amazing job installing the necessary electrical needed and installing a new ceiling fan for us. Really stellar service. Richie is knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely rely on his expertise in the future. I always use licensed and insured contractors and I’m very impressed with Central Heating. Had another rep come out and give us a free quote to replace our heating and add air conditioning. Steve was very thorough and explained the process very well. While he was under our house, he saw a water leak we didn’t know about. It was repaired the next day by Chance and Josh. Again great service. I really liked being able to have one contact for repairs. I’ll definitely be using Central Heating again!

Denny came today and did a video inspection of our sewer pipes. He was courteous, professional, and showed me the video feed as he was working. We have had nothing but great experiences with Central.
Connor and his assistant Vander were both superb, Very knowledgeable, polite, pleasant, and explained everything very clearly. They wore paper covers over their shoes to keep my floor clean. I’d definitely use them again for any of my electrical requirements. Got a service call about 4-5 hours after I initially called the company. Btw, I had my smoke detector swapped out. Difficult because it was about 18 feet above the ground in my great room.
We had a string of power outlets in our 1994 home lose power unexpectedly. Some on the circuit worked, some did not. I could not find the break on my own, so I called in the experts. Connor quickly found the broken wire. In repairing, he did not rewire it like typical house wiring, but did pigtails like in commercial construction. This problem should never come back. But if it does, repairs are much quicker and easier wired the way he did it. Experienced journeyman electricians are great to have when you need one!
Denver and Colton were exceptional. They arrived on time and made a great first impression with their friendlies. They were clean and respectful of our property, wearing shoe coverings while in the house. They were true professionals throughout the process. They presented options and prices before proceeding with any work and were very accommodating to our desires and requests. They happily drove 45 min to secure the correct pump to complete the work that day. We were completely satisfied with the experience. This time the technician, Trystin, in addition to quickly replacing a faulty part on my furnace also found that the appliance had been wired incorrectly when it was originally installed 20 years ago (and no, they didn't do the install.) After a few changes, all of the elements are working now and the air coming out of the registers is 15 degrees warmer. The furnace doesn't run nearly as long as it used to so the savings on my electric bill will pay for the work done by the end of winter.
The point of this story is that they don't just change parts or try to sell you unnecessary components/service....they really know how to do things right.
I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We are very happy with the tune-up we received on our Hvac system. A full service evaluation was completed, and a gas pressure issue was found that caused our furnace to fault at a high limit. The fault was corrected, and our furnace is now operating the way it should. Trystin and his assistant provided great customer service. We would highly recommend Central.
Lee and Central Heating were great. Matt showed up quickly and did an excellent job in getting our furnace to work well again. He’s very knowledgeable and I can’t recommend him enough.

Trystin was very thorough in his inspection and cleaning of our furnace. He explained our two alarms, showed us that our filters were dirty on the under side and to perhaps change them more often. He also suggested a great place to order our filters that was more affordable than Amazon. He was personable and helpful.
I'll share a great experience with Central. I made three online requests for proposals for a home backup generator system. Only one, Central, got back to me. We arranged a visit and we were presented with a very good, clear, professional proposal. It's most likely if we make a purchase we would make it from Central. I feel I could do so with confidence and trust.

Made the mistake of leaving the electrician alone in my home now 2 years later looking into what was done by him im seeing he basically ripped me off charged me $1100 for 4 outlets to be installed and didn't even finish the job. I should have watched over him like a hawk but silly me I thought I should be able to trust someone with 4.9 stars
I have dealt with a number of people at Central over the past month and all have been helpful, respectful and professional. Shout out to Crystal and Penney in the office, also Matt, Josh, James and Denney.
My 40 year old furnace finally had enough and quit working. Josh came over and took a look and explained all my options. He was friendly and thorough. I highly recommend him and will definitely call Central again!

We had some concrete grinding done in the basement and Josh quickly figured out it was causing the filter to get clogged quickly shutting the furnace off. Replaced the filter, recommended a duct cleaning and didn’t charge us. Stayed 45 minutes to make sure the furnace wouldn’t shut off again.
Triston has serviced our heating unit in prior years so it was a plus to have him do the inspection and maintenance again. Josh, the plumber, that came out to do the annual preventative maintenance on our combi Lochinvar boiler/tankless water heater was awesome; he answered all of my questions regarding the boiler and our radiant floor heat with a wealth of knowledge. I’m also glad that they came out to the Polson area which most companies in Kalispell wouldn’t come out this far; Awesome company in the Valley.

Contacted Central about a furnace issue that also set off our smoke detectors when the furnace began startup. They were concerned, responsive and helpful and provided immediate support. Josh came out within a couple of hours. He performed multiple diagnostic tests and addressed the issue. He was informative and helped alleviate our concerns about carbon monoxide as the potential cause for the alarms. Josh is a fabulous resource for Central and their customers. Josh inspected the heater and found no issues. He then started searching for the real issue. From beginning to end, dealing with the people at Central Heating was exceptional. I left a message; they got back to me quickly to book an appointment. The reminder call from Ashley was helpful. I had a timing issue for the day of the appointment and they made it work. Jeff arrived to do the inspection, answered all my questions, did the work and left me with follow-up information. Since January of this year Central HCP&E has been involved in the updating of our 60+year old home. We've had a minisplit installed and plumbing tuned up for my Mom's apartment. In June we had a new furnace installed in the house-best time to do it is when you aren't freezing. Most recently Joel Z. added additional amp service to the house, and installed an exterior outlet for our camper. He was instrumental in how some construction was done in our yard-working out the "where" and "when", and always cheery. In the next few months we'll be going after a new bathroom! They hooked the water for my cast iron tube which we can now take a bath in our own bathroom and not the other bathroom. It took a day for the boiler but we are back into hot water, no pun intended. These guys were GREAT!!! No time wasted, got right to the job of digging out a shut off value 3 feet down. Realized a rock was wedged in the pipe, got it out with a clothes hanger (genius) and saved me over $1,000.
