Had ducts cleaned today as ‘part 1’ of getting new hvac installed. Crew arrived on time, were courteous and professional & did a great job. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable with workmen in the house - these guys were fantastic & worked around the animals and our tight spaces. Thank you so much 😊

We had some concrete grinding done in the basement and Josh quickly figured out it was causing the filter to get clogged quickly shutting the furnace off. Replaced the filter, recommended a duct cleaning and didn’t charge us. Stayed 45 minutes to make sure the furnace wouldn’t shut off again.
Triston has serviced our heating unit in prior years so it was a plus to have him do the inspection and maintenance again. He is a polite, knowledgeable, efficient professional who always does a complete investigation of the system, leaving it operating a level as good as new. Josh, the plumber, that came out to do the annual preventative maintenance on our combi Lochinvar boiler/tankless water heater was awesome; he answered all of my questions regarding the boiler and our radiant floor heat with a wealth of knowledge. I’m also glad that they came out to the Polson area which most companies in Kalispell wouldn’t come out this far; Awesome company in the Valley.
Lee was a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I have only been a Central Air customer for a couple of years and so far, I am satisfied with the service.
Connor and his apprentice were prompt, professional and explained what needed to be done and provided a good estimate and price for the completed work. I will most definitely use and refer them for any future projects or problems.
Conner did a fantastic job on fixing our 30 amp breaker so we could use our new dryer.He went above beyond that By rejuvenating all the Wiring in both electrical boxes. Not only was the 30 amp breaker for the dryer burnt up. We also had many other loose wires which he tighten down.We really feel much better about our electrical panels for our house now… It could’ve been a real problem.Connor was very knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend him for any of your electrical needs.We had Conner back to install a whole home surge protector. Again, he did a great job explaining exactly what he did. Always courteous & respectful.

Contacted Central about a furnace issue that also set off our smoke detectors when the furnace began startup. They were concerned, responsive and helpful and provided immediate support. Josh came out within a couple of hours. He performed multiple diagnostic tests and addressed the issue. He was informative and helped alleviate our concerns about carbon monoxide as the potential cause for the alarms. Josh is a fabulous resource for Central and their customers. We are extremely grateful and satisfied with Central and everyone who helped us with our issue.

Employee was professional in accepting my requests and completing the services. His manner was outstanding. Although this was a new home for me, he was familiar the furnace as he had serviced it on previous occasions.
Josh from Central Heating and Cooling arrived right on time and went right to work. I had smelled an electrical burning smell that I thought was from the heater. Josh inspected the heater and found no issues. He then started searching for the real issue. Within minutes he found a flickering ceiling light and upon closer inspection a LED lightbulb was the culprit. Potential fire issue resolved. Thanks Josh for the piece of mind. Great job

The two technicians who installed my lighting fixtures over my kitchen island, Connor and Zach, were outstanding. They took a lot of time to make sure the fixtures were aligned properly and on the right tilt. They were very pleasant to work with and I would rate their work ethic as outstanding.

From beginning to end, dealing with the people at Central Heating was exceptional. I left a message; they got back to me quickly to book an appointment. The reminder call from Ashley was helpful. I had a timing issue for the day of the appointment and they made it work. Jeff arrived to do the inspection, answered all my questions, did the work and left me with follow-up information. All in all it was an excellent experience.

They were able to fit us in on short notice & fixed the problem in a few minutes! He gave me some excellent tips should problem happen again!

Since January of this year Central HCP&E has been involved in the updating of our 60+year old home. We've had a minisplit installed and plumbing tuned up for my Mom's apartment. In June we had a new furnace installed in the house-best time to do it is when you aren't freezing. Most recently Joel Z. added additional amp service to the house, and installed an exterior outlet for our camper. He was instrumental in how some construction was done in our yard-working out the "where" and "when", and always cheery. In the next few months we'll be going after a new bathroom! There's always something! Everyone we've worked with, from the first phone call to Joel, as the last face of Central I've seen, have been fabulous to work with!!! Thank you.

My furnace didn't start the other morning and I was so thankful someone was able to come that same afternoon. They gave me a call when he was on his way and he was here promptly. He got it started after vacuuming out some of the tubes and my place warmed up quickly. It was counted as my maintenance visit so didn't cost. Great.

Josh, Denver, and Austin were very professional and knew the boiler problem inside out. They hooked the water for my cast iron tube which we can now take a bath in our own bathroom and not the other bathroom. It took a day for the boiler but we are back into hot water, no pun intended. These guys were GREAT!!! No time wasted, got right to the job of digging out a shut off value 3 feet down. Realized a rock was wedged in the pipe, got it out with a clothes hanger (genius) and saved me over $1,000.In parts and labor!! Brought a cover box with them so the pipe is now well protected.They THINK BEFORE they come and have the parts needed. Very nice, personable, let you know they are on their way. Experience counts when it comes to plumbing and heating!I’ll use them again for sure. !👍👍

Central was very helpful and prompt with service for our heater that wasn’t working. The service man was very efficient and answered a lot of questions that we had about our heater. I couldn’t be happier as I am nice and warm now that the issue is fixed!

Denver Bryant came to try to track a leak under my house. . He was very patient with my questions, knowledgeable and efficient and the co-worker ( sorry I only heard his name once) with him was just as respectful. They spent the time necessary to make sure the leak was no longer an issue. He notated all things that he surmised could be a potential culprit, and if there is any other issues with it, I am to call and they would be happy to come fix it. Am so happy with how this business takes the time to make sure the customers are cared about, and taken care of. So glad I have the Comfort Care Program with Central Heating and they have a great team.

Updated review Oct 2024 - I previously shouted out Aaron for a water heater install, fast forward a few months and Central delivers yet again.Newest team member Richie did a phenomenal job for me wiring in the electrical for a new hot tub. He’s top notch.It started a few weeks prior with Conner’s expert and confident analysis and bid on the first visit, closed out with Richie’s calm and professional installation even when a few curve balls came up.I’ve used them for anything major and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
